Yes, you are able to go through the information at your leisure. We do have a monthly coaching call and monthly challenge that we will all participate in together at the same time but other than those, everything else is on your own terms.


3) What if I can't make the coaching calls or workouts live?

They are all recorded and uploaded into the portal afterwards.


4) Where is the community hosted?

Within a private Facebook group.


5) What if I need additional support?
