Expert guidance

Each session is 60 minutes with Courtney (this will be recorded so you can reference it whenever)


You'll learn the tools and skills to support your body naturally and troubleshoot potential issues

You'll be provided your custom nutrition plan, the presentation slides from each session, PDFs & resources to assist your journey

Direct support and accountability via email in between sessions


TONS of delicious, easy to follow recipes


How It Will Work


Once you sign up, you will be sent some paperwork to fill out PRIOR to our first session (this just gives me a deeper look into you, it includes medical history, current lifestyle, what you'd like to achieve, etc)

When completed and sent back to me, you will then be provided with a calendly link to schedule our first session


We create a plan TOGETHER that will best fit into your current lifestyle (can include food modifications, lifestyle tools, and healthy habits)

We will meet every other week for the duration of your sessions -- this allows you time to implement our plan

In between sessions, I am available for any and all questions via email (or even just motivation and accountability)
